As part of El Paso Opera and Opera UTEP’s GIVING VOICE festival, headlining artist mezzo-soprano Cecilia Duarte and the Opera UTEP singers perform an all-Latin American concert. The concert features familiar Latin American songs as well as art songs from México and beyond.
